The pictures say it all!

Avery says "What mom? Are you still talking and am I supposed to be listening???"

On this beautiful Easter morning we got all dressed up and ready for Church. We then went to the Koster household to have dinner with the fam. I had this great idea that since the kid's were all dressed so nice I should take some family pictures. Of course in my mind I was so excited to get a recent photo of all the kids together and thought this would be perfect! Well, as always, I was wrong. Those of you with 3 little ones will understand. It is next to impossible to get all 3 of them looking in the same spot at the same time, and then expect a smile! Needless to say, my plan failed, but I thought that you might get a good laugh. Looking at these pictures says alot. It is like a little window into Jill's life!

Jackson at his best. Always the little goof ball!
On the bright side- no one is crying, yelling or hitting each other. So, I suppose its not so bad. They are truly enjoying each other and that it awesome to see! Better luck next time with the pic -hopefully!

Our Return

Our last night in the condo. We were all sad, but very excited to get back and see our Avey Bavey!
Getting packed up
We made it! We were all excited to see Avery and I like to think that she was happy to see us also!!

As you can imagine we were slightly shocked to see our Aves eye when we returned. Over the week while we were gone Avery had a little run in with Grandma's bathtub. It appears the tub won! But, she is all healed up now and she had a fun time while we were gone. Thank you to all of our wonderful family and friends for watching Avery while we were gone!

Our fabulous Florida vacation!

We had a wonderful time in Florida. The weather was beautiful and we all had so much fun. The kids did so good and they loved every minute of it! Here are a few fun pics that we took along the way. Thank you Dad and Mom for such a wonderful vacation! Jackson and Jaideyn getting ready to ride in the airplane.
Enjoying the view!

We finally arrived. It was so much fun to go down to the pool for the first time. The kids had absolutely no idea what to expect. Jackson went to Florida once with us when he was 3 months old and Jaideyn had never been there. So, they had no idea what they were in for.
Jackson had so much fun swimming, he never left the pool. Grace played in the pool a lot also (and her knees got rather familiar with the cement!!!)

Here is Jaideyn with the Princess Sleeping Beauty!

We enjoyed visiting Downtown Disney. We did not actually got o Disney Land, but we went to some fun shops at the downtown diney area. (The kids think that it was disney land though!)

They had a big Lego store which is perfect for Jackson. Jackson, Dad and Papa had an awesome time there.

A little fun had by all!

Mema and Jaideyn enjoying yet another princess.

My little princesses

Aren't they hilarious! Good old Avery is so photogenic, I love it! Anyways, it is wonderful to watch siblings get along. Jackson and Jaideyn are in the constant fighting phase, so I really appreciate seeing the girls getting along.
I think that Jaideyn has really noticed that Avery is starting to grow up quite a bit. So, Jaideyn is so excited to have Avery "play" with her. Today she decided that they both needed to wear their princess dresses together. Avery actually enjoyed this (from the pic no one would know that, but she really did like it!)
The other day Jaideyn adn Avery were playing and I left the room for something and when I came back Jaideyn had gotten a marker out and decided to draw all over Avery's forehead. Of course I saw it and started to laugh (and then I wonder why my kids think they can get away with anything). I asked Jaidey what in the world she thought she was doing and Jaideyn responded "Mom, Avery needs a crown on too and I only have one- so I was making her one"
And again I laughed! As I said, sisters who get along are great!
So, thats the excitement around here. Sorry no more new pics, my memory card is full and I have to get around to making CD's so I can't use the camera until I get that done!

The countdown

Valentine's Program

On Wednesday morning Jackson had his Valentine's program at school. It was so neat. They recited several nursery rhymes that they have learned throughout the year and also sang some songs and did the motions. They also got to play instruments to the first song.
This program certainly reaffirmed in my mind the importance of giving our children a Christian education. Sometimes it's hard because its so expensive, but what can be better than seeing your 5 year old son singing his heart out about God's love at school and with all his friends! God is good!

The Princess Ball

On Saturday Jaideyn and I had the opportunity to spend some quality time together at the princess ball that a friend put together. All of the little girls dressed up in their princess outfits and spent the morning making a crown, necklace and bracelet. Next they got their nails painted and had their picture taken. After that they ate "princess snacks" and played.

This is where all the girls had their pics taken. I thought it was such a neat way to tie it all in. The sign says "Princess: daughter of the King of Kings!" What an awesome way to teach a 2 year old girl about God!!
Here is all of the excited (and a bit tired) little princesses. They all had fun, but I think they were done with the pic situation, so we tried the best we could to get a good one of all of them.
Thank you Sarah for the wonderful get together and for all your hard work. It was so fun!!!!
