On Wednesday I explained to the kids about the miners that were being rescued in Chile. We watched some of it on tv and discussed the whole situation time and time again (they became slightly obsessed and asked at least 200 questions!) But it was a wonderful learning experience for them. At one point I asked the kids if any of them know where Chile is. Avery said "I do, I do!" I kinda chuckled and moved on to Jackson. He couldn't come up with the answer and Avery looked at me and said matter of factly "Mom, I know where Chile is..... it's right next to Meijers!" Oh how I love you Avery. I am still laughing about it as I am writing this. Never a dull moment people!
